We do every kind of heavy-duty alignment that comes through the bay. If you’re searching for a “truck alignment shop near me” or “semi truck alignment Orlando FL,” here’s what we actually do:
Need a service that isn’t listed? Call us — if it has wheels and weighs over 10,000 lbs, we can probably align it.
Most drivers don’t think about alignment until tire wear gets ugly. By then you’re already burning money. Here’s what to watch for:
If any of those sound familiar, get it checked. A misaligned semi can cost you 2% in fuel and chew through tires up to 20% faster. On a long-haul truck running 120,000 miles a year, that’s real money.
We run Hunter’s Heavy-Duty Four-Post truck lift with laser alignment heads. It’s the same setup you’ll find at major fleet shops. The reason this matters: cheaper alignment systems can’t measure thrust angle and tandem axle scrub correctly on tractors. Hunter can. That means we set caster, camber, and toe to spec on every axle — not just the steer.
For a 3-axle alignment, we measure:
We work on every major Class 8 and Class 7 truck on the road, including:
We also align dry van trailers, reefers, flatbeds, lowboys, and tankers from Great Dane, Wabash, Utility, Hyundai, and others.
Pricing depends on the truck and what it needs. As a rough guide for our Orlando shop:
Final price depends on how many adjustments are needed and whether we find worn parts that need replacing first (kingpins, tie rod ends, bushings). We’ll quote you before any work starts.
We’re located on Sidney Hayes Rd in south Orlando, just off the 417 and minutes from the Florida Turnpike. We’re a quick stop for trucks coming in or out of Port Tampa, JAX, or Miami. Drivers and fleets come to us from across Central Florida:
Most fleets schedule a 3-axle alignment check every 100,000 miles, after any steering or suspension work, or any time tires start wearing unevenly. If you bought the truck used, get a baseline alignment in the first 5,000 miles.
A front-end alignment usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. A full 3-axle alignment runs 3 to 4 hours. If we find worn parts that have to be replaced first, it can stretch to half a day. We’ll let you know upfront.
No, our alignment work is done in-shop on the Hunter four-post lift — that’s the only way to get truly accurate readings on a Class 8 truck. For roadside repairs we offer 24/7 mobile service for other issues. Call (407) 591-6747.
Yes. We do trailer-only alignments. If your tractor is fine but the trailer is dragging tires sideways, that’s a separate alignment and we can knock it out the same day in most cases.
Yes — Class A diesel pushers, Class C motorhomes, and most fifth-wheel setups fit on our heavy-duty lift.
We do. Call us with the number of trucks and trailers you run and we’ll put together fleet pricing with scheduled maintenance windows. Net-30 terms available for established accounts.
We measure and adjust caster, camber, and toe on the steer axle, plus thrust angle and tandem axle parallelism on the drive axles. We also do a free pre-alignment inspection of tie rods, kingpins, drag link, and bushings — if any of those are worn, alignment alone won’t hold and we’ll let you know before adjusting anything.
Walk-ins welcome but a quick call ahead means we’ll have a bay open when you pull up. Call (407) 591-6747.
While your truck is on the lift, we can take care of related work in the same visit:
