Top Rides is a semi truck alignment shop near you in Orlando, FL. If your truck is pulling, your steering wheel is off-center, or your tires are wearing down faster than they should, you need an alignment. We use Hunter Heavy-Duty laser alignment equipment to align semi trucks, trailers, RVs, and box trucks. ASE-certified mechanics. Most alignments done same-day. Call (407) 591-6747 or stop by 9640 Sidney Hayes Rd, Orlando, FL 32824.
We do every kind of heavy-duty alignment that comes through the bay. If you’re searching for a “truck alignment shop near me” or “semi truck alignment Orlando FL,” here’s what we actually do:
Semi truck front-end alignment — for steer axle pull, off-center steering wheel, and uneven steer tire wear.
Semi truck 3-axle alignment — full tractor alignment covering steer, drive, and trailer axles for tractors that haul long-distance.
Semi trailer alignment — separate trailer-only alignment for dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and tankers.
Heavy truck wheel alignment — for Class 7 and Class 8 trucks, dump trucks, and vocational rigs.
Commercial truck wheel alignment — fleet pricing available for box trucks, straight trucks, and light-medium duty commercial vehicles.
RV and motorhome alignment — Class A and Class C diesel pushers on the same Hunter four-post lift.
Need a service that isn’t listed? Call us — if it has wheels and weighs over 10,000 lbs, we can probably align it.
Signs You Need a Truck Alignment
Most drivers don’t think about alignment until tire wear gets ugly. By then you’re already burning money. Here’s what to watch for:
Your truck pulls left or right when you let go of the wheel on a flat road.
The steering wheel sits crooked when you’re going straight.
Steer tires are wearing on one shoulder (inside or outside edge).
Cupping or feathering on any tire — that’s an alignment problem, not a tire problem.
You hit a pothole, curb, or had a heavy load shift recently.
Fuel mileage dropped without an obvious reason.
You just replaced steering or suspension parts (tie rods, kingpins, drag link, ball joints).
If any of those sound familiar, get it checked. A misaligned semi can cost you 2% in fuel and chew through tires up to 20% faster. On a long-haul truck running 120,000 miles a year, that’s real money.
Hunter Laser Alignment Equipment
We run Hunter’s Heavy-Duty Four-Post truck lift with laser alignment heads. It’s the same setup you’ll find at major fleet shops. The reason this matters: cheaper alignment systems can’t measure thrust angle and tandem axle scrub correctly on tractors. Hunter can. That means we set caster, camber, and toe to spec on every axle — not just the steer.
For a 3-axle alignment, we measure:
Steer axle — caster, camber, toe, SAI
Drive axles — thrust angle, scrub, tandem axle parallelism
Frame and chassis squareness if needed
Trucks We Align
We work on every major Class 8 and Class 7 truck on the road, including:
Freightliner — Cascadia, Coronado, Columbia, M2
Peterbilt — 579, 389, 386, 567

Volvo — VNL, VNR, VHD

Truck Alignment Pricing in Orlando
Pricing depends on the truck and what it needs. As a rough guide for our Orlando shop:
Front-end alignment (steer axle only): starting around $189
Full tractor alignment (3-axle): starting around $389
Trailer alignment: starting around $249
Tractor + trailer combo: ask about combo pricing

Truck Alignment FAQ
How often should I get my semi truck aligned?
Most fleets schedule a 3-axle alignment check every 100,000 miles, after any steering or suspension work, or any time tires start wearing unevenly. If you bought the truck used, get a baseline alignment in the first 5,000 miles.
How long does a semi truck alignment take?
A front-end alignment usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. A full 3-axle alignment runs 3 to 4 hours. If we find worn parts that have to be replaced first, it can stretch to half a day. We’ll let you know upfront.
Do you do mobile alignment service?
No, our alignment work is done in-shop on the Hunter four-post lift — that’s the only way to get truly accurate readings on a Class 8 truck. For roadside repairs we offer 24/7 mobile service for other issues. Call (407) 591-6747.
Can you align my trailer separately from the tractor?
Yes. We do trailer-only alignments. If your tractor is fine but the trailer is dragging tires sideways, that’s a separate alignment and we can knock it out the same day in most cases.
Do you align RVs and motorhomes?
Yes — Class A diesel pushers, Class C motorhomes, and most fifth-wheel setups fit on our heavy-duty lift.
Do you offer fleet alignment pricing?
We do. Call us with the number of trucks and trailers you run and we’ll put together fleet pricing with scheduled maintenance windows. Net-30 terms available for established accounts.
What’s included in a 3-axle alignment?
We measure and adjust caster, camber, and toe on the steer axle, plus thrust angle and tandem axle parallelism on the drive axles. We also do a free pre-alignment inspection of tie rods, kingpins, drag link, and bushings — if any of those are worn, alignment alone won’t hold and we’ll let you know before adjusting anything.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins welcome but a quick call ahead means we’ll have a bay open when you pull up. Call (407) 591-6747.

Back on November 2025 my turbo went bad on my KW, I took it to Top RIDES LLC in Orlando and Peter the shop manager greeted when I arrived, he immediately put a mechanic that has knowledge with Paccar engine and by the next day I was on the road, two weeks ago my turbo kicked the bucket and I immediately called Peter,I told him what happened and he told me to bring in my truck on a Monday morning, he immediately started to find another but no one in Orlando had one in stock so he continued to search until he found one in SC and had them overnight it. PETER kept informed of the whole process with my truck. The very next my truck was completely fixed with a brand new turbo. I want to thank Peter and all his mechanics for treating me with loyalty. I will definitely recommend Too Rider's of Orlando to any owner operator, they truly understand that time is money and they will do everything possible to getting you back on the road.
